At UNDERNEAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
